Information collected through the public enquiry form
The public form may collect your preferred name, telephone number, optional email address, general location, current creator stage, services of interest, preferred contact arrangements and an optional message.
The public form does not request identification documents, photographs, videos, account passwords, banking details or detailed sexual boundaries.
Technical information such as landing page, referral source, campaign tags, browser details and security information may also be processed to operate the form, prevent abuse and understand how enquiries reach the site.
Please keep the optional message general. If you choose to include highly private information, it may include special-category personal data. We will use it only to respond to the enquiry and assess whether the requested service is appropriate.

Retention
Unsuccessful or inactive public enquiries are normally retained for up to 12 months so we can respond, avoid duplicate handling and maintain a record of the contact. Records may be kept longer where necessary for legal claims, safeguarding concerns, security incidents or a continuing business relationship.
Identity documents, model releases, content, account records and financial information are subject to separate onboarding and contractual retention rules. Those are explained before they are collected.
Security
We use access controls, secure communications, backups and operational procedures intended to reduce unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. No online system can promise absolute security, so sensitive documents and content should not be sent until the appropriate secure process has been agreed.
