General information, not a binding offer
Website descriptions explain the types of service Exemplar may consider. Availability, location, suitability, staffing and commercial terms are subject to review and written agreement. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or guarantee acceptance.
Exemplar may decline or pause work where verification, consent, safety, lawful operation or professional conduct cannot be maintained.
Free introductory shoots
Selected applicants may be offered one free introductory shoot, normally at Exemplar’s discretion. Location and staff availability are not guaranteed. For a free shoot, the applicant normally arranges and pays for the home, hotel or other agreed location.
The free session normally includes photography and selected watermarked edits. Raw photographs, raw video and unrestricted files are not included unless separately purchased or agreed.
No content from an introductory shoot will be published without the applicant’s approval. Receiving a free session does not require the applicant to open an account or enter a management agreement.
No guaranteed income
Exemplar does not guarantee earnings, subscriber numbers, platform acceptance, campaign performance or mortgage or tax outcomes. Adult creator income depends on factors outside Exemplar’s control, including demand, consistency, content, platform rules and market conditions.
Separate creator agreements
Where work proceeds, a separate written agreement defines services, percentages, eligible revenue, expenses, payment arrangements, content ownership, publishing and promotional rights, confidentiality, notice and handover.
Nothing on this website overrides the signed agreement for a particular service.
External professionals and platforms
Accountancy and mortgage advice is provided by external specialist firms or professionals. Mortgage advice is provided by appropriately authorised advisers. Exemplar may introduce a creator but does not present itself as the provider of that regulated advice.
Third-party platforms, payment providers, venues, hotels and suppliers have their own terms, availability and decisions. Exemplar is not responsible for every act or failure of an independent provider.
Website content and intellectual property
The website design, text, branding and non-client imagery are owned by or licensed to the operator. They may not be copied or reused commercially without permission.
Creator-content rights are handled through specific production, model-release and management documents rather than these general website terms.
Website availability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by Scots law, and the Scottish courts will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
