The intended content is discussed before shooting. A change in content requires a new conversation, not an assumption.
You can pause or end a session. No participant may work while impaired or unable to provide informed consent.
Introductory and onboarding content is reviewed before release. Ongoing workflows are agreed rather than imposed.
Content and account security
Exemplar can provide organised data management, secure backups and controlled access. Exact storage, retention, access and deletion arrangements are documented for managed creators.

Account access is discussed only after onboarding and should use documented, revocable access methods where platforms permit them.
The contract explains how content, accounts, websites and data are handed over when the agreement ends.
Copyright and promotional use
Exemplar needs publishing and promotional rights to operate and market its services. The agreement explains what may be published, where it may appear, what approval is required and what happens to rights when the relationship ends.
Exemplar may waive promotional rights in particular circumstances, but this must be agreed in writing rather than assumed.
Money and control
Exemplar does not need to become the permanent holder of creator income to provide management.
The creator normally receives platform earnings directly into her own nominated account.
Deductible production costs are agreed in advance and identified in the statement.
The eligible revenue and percentage are defined before the service starts.
Accountancy and mortgage advice are provided by vetted external specialists, not represented as advice from Exemplar.
